I have a timber fascia that needs to be changed at my house

We need a custom single size loft bed frame with slats and ladder built for a space that has only 1900mm length available between the walls, and slightly less at the floor due to the skirting boards. Most commercially available loft beds are around 1960mm long. We would like a simple loft bed constructed from pine or hardwood, not treated pine or mdf. The bed could be constructed offsite, but the room would need to be measured up so that the bed fits. This job would suite a cabinet maker or carpenter.
