I need a handyman to reinforce the back of a chest of drawers. The furniture is fully functional, but the original back panel has broken. I have already purchased a replacement timber board. The job involves: * Measuring the back of the unit * Cutting the timber board to the correct size * Securing it to the back of the furniture with screws No drawer repairs are required and the unit is otherwise in good condition. Please bring your own tools (saw and drill/screwdriver).

I have 2 corner kitchen cabinets with tansel spin storage but it’s awful. I’m wanting the larger one (that has pots and pans) converted to 2 drawers. The smaller narrow one I’m wanting to have 1 maybe 2 adjustable shelves.

Stain to match the staircase + 2 coats of clear oil. Some prep work needed to fill holes, gap, sand and mask up. Must be experienced with staining and being able to cut in properly. Will need to be done across 3 days due to drying times.

Wooden Oak mobile repairer - wooden bed and side table. Only apply if you are a wooden repairer. Scuff marks and rough under sections of the lower ledge. Tenant will not provide the storey. I think something has been forced under bed to create a rough surface.

Just need to replicate robe on one side of walk in robe to the other. Requires 2 x large 167 cms high, 44 cms wide, 2 x fixed shelves 57.5 cms x 44 cms, 1 small kickboard 57.5 cms x 9cms, and 1 x strip 160 cms x 2 cms to fill the gap between the cabinet and wall due to the cornice. Under the Balconey in the patio, we have replaced a 5.7m Timber Beam. We need it wrapped in FC Sheeting, square set We can get it waterproofed. It’s optional if you want to repair the gyprok, we have someone who can when the beam is done.

Bench/cabinets - picture 2/3. Secure lower cabinets+broom cabinet and bench to wall (have a new bench, this will require cutting to size), install kickboard (do not have) and end piece (I will supply) to close off and finish area. Our back decking needs replacing. Dimensions are 5.83m wide by 5.31m + a small roughly 1x1m additional bit (see sketch). The deck sits roughly 1/2 a metre (or less) above the ground. Obviously it's a bit hard to tell, but we are hoping the frame and joists are in OK condition, and understand if they aren't this will increase the job cost. After a quote based on the assumption they are ok. Job is as follows: - pull up existing pine decking boards (nailed down not screwed) - cut and screw down new merbau boards (supplied) - decking screws will also be supplied
