Our back decking needs replacing. Dimensions are 5.83m wide by 5.31m + a small roughly 1x1m additional bit (see sketch). The deck sits roughly 1/2 a metre (or less) above the ground. Obviously it's a bit hard to tell, but we are hoping the frame and joists are in OK condition, and understand if they aren't this will increase the job cost. After a quote based on the assumption they are ok. Job is as follows: - pull up existing pine decking boards (nailed down not screwed) - cut and screw down new merbau boards (supplied) - decking screws will also be supplied
