Have quite a few jobs to be done around the house. Kitchen pantry - picture 1. Secure in the space and frame to look “built in”. Have skirting to go at bottom but not the architrave/framing. Bench/cabinets - picture 2/3. Secure lower cabinets+broom cabinet and bench to wall (have a new bench, this will require cutting to size), install kickboard (do not have) and end piece (I will supply) to close off and finish area. Our back decking needs replacing. Dimensions are 5.83m wide by 5.31m + a small roughly 1x1m additional bit (see sketch). The deck sits roughly 1/2 a metre (or less) above the ground. Obviously it's a bit hard to tell, but we are hoping the frame and joists are in OK condition, and understand if they aren't this will increase the job cost. After a quote based on the assumption they are ok. Job is as follows: - pull up existing pine decking boards (nailed down not screwed) - cut and screw down new merbau boards (supplied) - decking screws will also be supplied

I purchased a 2 seater and 3 seater lounge from Fantastic Furniture on the 14th of May 2025 they have a stain on each what looks like a rust stain.
