We're looking to replace the old basin but it's far too big and the recess causing issues. The job is to remove old basin and extend current benchtop out by 100mm to allow for a new basin with no recess. We have a new basin picked out.

I am hoping to create a floating cabinet as per the following images. It will sit in the corner of two walls. Overall dimensions (rough) 1100mm wide 250 high 400 deep. One drawer at the front. One radius corner on the front edge with around a 200mm radius. Option for Bianco drift stone top or the same walnut timber. Timber colour a walnut laminate tbc

2 connecting decks , stairs and hand rails require slight sanding and new stain. Approx 25 square meters.

We have a water damaged timber ceiling. We are interested in quotes to replace the damaged timbers. Approximately 7 x 5400mm lengths are damaged and need to be replaced, refer pics. 1 x ~1.5m piece in the external porch area also needs to be replaced, note this section is at height, I would estimate between 3-4m. M timber to match existing ready for staining or be pre stained. Open to using reclaimed if it matches and not damaged or marked on interior side. Just to confirm the quote should include to supply and install the timber. Flexible on budget within reason.
