I have a number of timber hopper windows (3x single, 1x double) in which the window sill has rotted. Requires removal of the window, undertaking repairs to frame and replacing the window sill and glass. Some minor repair work may be required to subframe due to water ingress. Replacement of gyprock in affected areas. Looking for someone who can work on weekends (say 8 hours each day) until completed on an hourly rate. Labour only. All materials supplied. I have most tools available on site however they are "DIY" quality only so you may want to bring your own!

This job is to provide a quote for a custom seat bench of a boat. This job is for a professional/skilled carpenter only. You must be able to attend where the boat is located in East Brisbane to get measurements and discuss the job. Job is to make a bench seat 1500mm in length and 500mm wide with 3 seperate seats divided and each can be opened as storage inside. Sides need to be painted but tops will be custom cushioning, which will be done by separately.

In need of someone with carpentry experience to install 2 x floating shelves (pictured) in my apartment. Installation date is next Monday - any time from 9am onwards works. The shelves will go into wooden studs, which are on each wall. I’ve taken over a restaurant which has existing stainless steel benches. I need a section cut out of it, and the cuts capped so they’re staff/food safe. Old Queenslander home on stumps. The back stairs landing measuring 1200mm X 1400mm has been built in and converted into a small laundry. Looking to raise the floor by building a subfloor to sit on top of existing. To raise height by approx 120mm so that it's level with the flooring of the main house. Looking for a carpenter to do the work. It'll be a simple frame to sit onto of the existing flooring and yellow tongue flooring on top of that. I'll provide all materials. I anticipate it'll take an experienced carpenter less than 2 hours. Hello There, Looking for a mobile carpenter / cabinet installer to install a new open cabinet we have had made above our fridge in the kitchen. (see Cabinet1 and Cabinet2 photo attached - it is currently doubling as a lounge table....). The cabinet is 960mm wide and made of hardwood (so quite heavy - about 30kg). The space is above our fridge as shown in AboveFridge1 and AboveFridge2 photo. The space above the fridge is approximately 958mm so some adjustment of the cabinet will be required on site for it to fit (perhaps with a belt sander or electric plane?). Then looking to suspend / anchor the cabinet in the space shown - I can assist with lifting into place if required. Job is as follows: - Remove existing cabinets, appliances (oven, range, sink, taps etc; not expecting you to dispose of these just get them out of the kitchen) - Remove existing flooring (lino on board over floorboards; not glued to actual floor) - Installation of new cabinets, appliances (new oven, rangehood, integrated dishwasher, tap, sink) We will be using a stone benchtop but the manufacturer will be installing Floors will be sanded, we can arrange separately Island bench will be replaced with a custom piece that doesn't require installing as part of this job. We don't have subbies lined up for tiling, plumbing, electrical (oven etc) but are happy to arrange these if necessary, or use your contacts. If you can't do the floor, I can arrange this separately or work with you to find another contact. Plans will be supplied upon request via messaging. See images for current kitchen layout. Would prefer to have this completed sooner rather than later, but happy not to start until April 2022; we are arranging for the stair balustrade to be replaced before the job starts.
