I’m looking to get a budget done for my bathroom renovation which im planning to do in July. Attached are the photos. What I need mainly is get the vanity and commord replaced and give it a modern look.

I want to renovate my bathroom and need quotes

Bathroom already demo’s except for some tiles on the floor - Need full plumbing and draining relocation of small bathroom and toilet- all with pvc - sheeting/ waterproofing/ electrical and tiling ( tiles are 1200 by 600 tiles ) floor to ceiling. And fixturing of all tapwear etc All material has been purchased and ready for install. Please note- this bathroom is located 3.5 hours from Sydney in tumut and travel and accommodation can be compensated The bathroom is only 2.74 m long 1.95 m wide And almost 3 m tall Toilet is a small toilet room with tiles only going half way up the wall. I have attached a quote breakdown for what needs to be done.

I am renovating my bathroom and need a carpenter to build a bath frame, assemble/install the new vanity and assemble/install the mirrored cabinets Will also need them to patch the (concrete) walls prior to waterproofing/tiling **The bathroom demolition will commence on the 20th April, so ideally would like the carpentry work to start that same week**

Mould in the toilets need to be treated from the roots, put a fan, and see if tiles need to changed

Looking for a licensed and experienced plumber to replace current fixtures in 2 x bathrooms with new fixtures (they are on order and waiting for them to arrive so the timing of job will depend on when they arrive). Both bathrooms are virtually identical so I’m hoping this job is straightforward. And all new fixtures are from the same brand. No requirement to move plumbing they will be replaced in their current spots. Fixtures that need replacing 2 x sink mix taps 2 x rain shower heads and mixer tap 1 x bath spout and mixer Photos attached. Require a plumber for a bathroom renovation, all walls have been removed and connections are already there just need them moved to a different spot as shower and basin will be in a different spot.
