I am looking for a fully qualified and insured person to complete a renovation for our Main and Ensuite bathroom. Renovation must include strip back of existing tiles , full waterproofing,plumbing, tiling and electrical. Main Bathroom - Full strip back including remove existing vanity, existing shower and tiles. - Build nib wall (as shown in photos) - Replace inset bath with a new bath - Plumbing - Install floating vanity - Full waterproofing and tiling of floor tiles and wall tiles (refer to designs) - Installation of taps, basin and towel racks - Electrical to provide PowerPoints at vanity and mirror light. Ensuite - Full strip back including removal of tiles, shower and toliet - Full waterproofing of Ensuite - building nib wall as per design and installation of shower screen. - Plumbing -Tiling as per designs for wall and floor - Installation of taps, basin and towel racks - Installation of toilet and vanity - Electrical fit out for outlets at vanity as required Notes: - Bathrooms can be done in parallel as the house will be vacant. - We will purchase all tiles, toilet and vanity but happy to reimburse to obtain trade discount. - I need this work to commence around 20th August - Inspection available Tuesday 28th morning if required or can find an alternative date. Hi, I need a qualified carpenter/builder to build walls for our bathroom renovation. Photos show the fully stripped out bathroom. We are making the bathroom bigger, and have removed the wall between the bathroom and the wardrobe in the next bedroom. This is what we need done: * Build a stud wall where the wardrobe doors were. * Build a stud frame in the wall so we can put in a glass panel. * Build one stud wall for one side of the shower. * Build the frame for the in-wall cistern for the toilet. (Dimensions can be provided) * Put in a sliding cavity door where the previous normal door was. * Frame the bottom section of the space where the previous wardrobe door was so we can put in a glass panel. To get to the bathroom you will need to come up two sets of stairs (One very wide external set, and one internal set) Please quote for your time and equipment. I can reimburse any building material (With receipts) Including cavity door frame. If you are a plasterer as well, that would be a bonus. I work from home so I can slot into your schedule.
