The current bathroom has brick walls and no wall tiles. There is also a subfloor beneath the bathroom that provides access for plumbing. We would like to renovate the bathroom with the following scope of work: - Remove and replace the existing floor tiles. - Install wall tiles throughout the bathroom. - Replace all bathroom fixtures and fittings. - Remove and replace the bathtub and shower. - Remove and replace the toilet. - Remove and replace the vanity and sink. - Install a bidet spray kit. - Install a ceiling-mounted heater with lights and, if possible, add or upgrade the ventilation system. The floor plan and photos are attached for your reference. At this stage, we have not selected any tiles, fixtures, fittings, or other materials. Need a plumber on a small bathroom. Need some rough in and pipes moved, Shower taps to adjacent wall, Vanity pipes moved over. Ready a shower waste for tiled floor shower base. Toilet to be replaced also. Then fitoff. Clients supplied all tapware. I’m lining the wall with timber battens so pipes have a cavity for space. So no brick to chase out. Small job. Need compliance cert upon completion.

I am looking for a fully qualified and insured person to complete a renovation for our Main and Ensuite bathroom. Renovation must include strip back of existing tiles , full waterproofing,plumbing, tiling and electrical. Part 1: Kitchen Tap Replacement Removal: Remove the existing black kitchen mixer tap from a stainless steel double sink. Installation: Install a brand-new, pre-purchased kitchen tap. Testing: Ensure all water connections are properly connected, secure, and completely leak-free. Part 2: Bathroom Fixtures Replacement Removal: Remove 2 existing towel rails and 1 toilet roll holder. Note: The existing towel rails are mounted on a tiled wall. Installation: Install the new fixtures (See images): 2 x 60cm Towel Rails 1 x Toilet Roll Holder Note:: Because the bathroom walls are tiled, care is needed to safely remove the old fixtures. Renovating 3 bathrooms in a block of flats. Each includes for rough in around 15th July and fit early Aug. Lots more work around the block of flats to be done so an hourly rate plus parts would be good to know. - 1x exhaust fan - 1x downlight - 1x double switch - 1x GPO (shower/sink area) - 1x relocated laundry GPO Other than the washer & dryer there's minimal change to layout so just changing each fixture.
