Good morning, I’m seeking a quote to replace a timber handrail on a balcony balustrade, approximately 4.3 metres in length. The existing timber has rotted, and the handrail sits on top of a metal balustrade frame. It needs to be painted as similar as the old one as possible, and if you have time to also replace two fence palings, same colour. If possible, I’m hoping to have the work completed before Wednesday, 3 December, due to upcoming sale inspections. Need the balustrades and stair handrail replaced and rebuilt.

We need someone to Build and Supply Balustrade’s for our new deck. These can be built off site and can arrange to pick them up. We want black 100x100x4mm black hog wire fencing with hardwood timber framing. I have uploaded photos for the look we are wanting. I need 5 of these made. Openings between posts are 2600 on the sides and 2700 on the front. Can supply exact measurements. Happy to pay for materials separately. Would like it done within the next 2 weeks.

Wood rot to parts of the patio balustrades, bottom rails to the front patio are installed backwards, insufficient balustrade height to the rear patio, some loose and rusty fixings to the balustrades, balustrades are nailed not screwed.

We need 12 stainless steel balustrade wires reinstated on one side to an existing deck post. Must have swager to crimp the wire. Existing wire can be repurposed but Installer will need to provide fitting hardware for the missing post side. Happy to reimburse for this hardware if you provide a receipt.

Replace bottom rail of both balustrades and install new slats ton half of each balustrade (may be able to get away with less). Painting will be done by others. Materials to be supplied and installed by Airtasker, including removal of removed materials.
