Balcony balustrade requires replacing

Timber balustrades around deck replacement please - this is just a photo to show but needing it done around the whole deck / back stairs

Front and back deck needs full balustrade replacement, stairs included. A few deck boards need replacing as well.

Paint a balustrade and wooden palings with me from 10-1pm. Around 3 hours work. all materials supplied. Neat work only please.

Supply and install: 1. Approx 8m of aluminium batten fencing (50mm*25mm, 25mm spacing, 1.5m high) 2. Approx 15m of balustrade and feature batten privacy screen as shown in photo. Happy to facilitate an onsite inspection.

Cleaning, repairing and painting

Looking for a qualified carpenter with all the tools required to remove old balustrades and supply and install new outdoor deck balustrades (handrail, lower rail and balusters) with following dimensions. Handrail lengths: - 1x 1.7 m - 1x 1.71 m - 1x 1.48 m - 1x 1.36 m Baluster dimension: 82 cm x 6.2 cm x 2 cm 2 existing posts need to be cut and/or sanded down to be level with the top of the handrails. The handrails need to be level and top of the handrail should be flat as we are installing aluminium shutters directly on top of the handrails. No painting is required for this job, but the baluster cut ends including nail heads should be primed / sealed to avoid the balusters and lower rails from rotting. Job required to be done to a professional finish.

I need this wall next to my stairway that has been cut down (cut badly and not straight at all) to be plastered & sand back nice and straight like the balustrade behind it. The wall has a few power points that has already been isolated. (Please see photos) Your tools and materials. No painting required.

I have an unfinished deck which needs to be finished! We are planning to install wire cable balustrades. We need a contractor who can do the installation and provide the materials needed. The deck is approximately 5 m x 3 m (images attached for reference) The price I added is just because of the requirement I am open to receive quotes for this job and answer any other information needed.
