Powder coat metal balustrade on staircase that i will remove, a brushed gold colour.

Need to adjust height of the bottom steel frame underneath the balustrade on my balcony so my new tiny puppy doesn’t go through it. I had added in this extra piece of framing at the bottom in last year for my old dog but my new puppy is even smaller so it needs to be brought up a little unless you can offer another solution. It will go of length of my balcony which is roughly 3 meters

Need these steps and balustrade painted and grip tape strip added to edge of each step after. Balustrade has been sanded but the steps will need a light sand, paint and grip tape supplied

We are wanting to replace old fencing (that was installed by the previous owners) with timber balustrades. The front deck is approx 3 x 3m and the back has three sections that need to be replaced which are all approx 2m long.
