Its a motor and remote operated Awning and extends full. It just needs to be realigned and adjusted to the correct position as one side is tilted downword and its low on full extension. Please quote for the job

Help install 3m retractable awning from Bunnings or Pergolux

Description: Seeking a reliable tasker to clean up pigeon droppings at a commercial property and install deterrents to prevent future nesting. Task Details: Clean-up: Remove pigeon droppings and debris from two specific elevated areas under the front awning: the top of a security floodlight and the top of an under-awning shop sign box. Installation: Supply and install bird spikes/stickers on these two areas to permanently deter pigeons from returning. Approx 3m of spikes needed Equipment Required: You must bring your own ladder, appropriate cleaning supplies/chemicals, and the bird spikes. Please refer to the attached photos to see the height, layout, and current condition of the floodlight and sign box areas.

Looking for an experienced trade painter to repaint the exterior architectural trims, gables, and fascias of a single-storey weatherboard home in Thornbury (see attached photos). Scope of Work: Front Facade: Paint front gable trims/battens, window awning/hood, timber window frames/sills, and lower plinth baseboards in a heritage muted olive green (per mockup image). Rear Facade: Paint rear roofline fascias, gable cladding/trims, window/sliding door perimeter trims, and lower baseboards. Side Laneway/Path: Paint metal/timber fascias, gutters, downpipes (changing over from burgundy), and lower baseboards along the side pathway. Prep Work: Light sanding, cleaning down surfaces, scraping loose paint, and spot priming where required. Materials & Requirements: Paint (Supplied by Painter): Painter to supply premium exterior acrylic paint (e.g., Dulux Weathershield or Taubmans All Weather) tinted to agreed olive/green trim colour (e.g., / Olive Leaf). Need a painter to paint over awning facia and sides. Colour is Monument. I think it would need two coats. Need it done on Sunday 16th August so not many cars and people about to get in the way. I think it's just a morning's work and the paint job only needs to last 2 months.

Need an awing installed at rear of property

Looking for an experienced handyman or carpenter to install a Canopia Sophia awning (1.6m x 0.9m) over my rear door entrance. Awning materials & assembly instructions are supplied in kit. Will need to bring own tools & appropriate heavy duty timber screws, washers & weatherproof sealer. The awning will be attached to 50mm (approx) thick timber, which sits behind grey mini orb cladding. Happy for the awning brackets to be neatly pre-drilled and mounted using standard spacer sleeves/washers to keep the mini orb flat.

I need help lifting a motorized awning your job help me measure and helping installing the awning. I will provide all the tools

We have a timber post holding up a awning in front of 80’s house. It is rotten at the bottom. I have tried filling and painting it many times over the years and within a few months looks terrible. Carpenter said post needs to be replaced. Replace post / reattach metalwork at top / paint to match. Happy to pay cash for materials separately as Airtasker allows. Please quote labour and the cash estimate for materials too.

Our motorised folding arm awning is not retracting as it should, and we have been advised it’s likely because the motion sensor batteries need replacing. We require someone with a ladder and tools to locate the awning’s motion sensor/s and replace the batteries (3x AAA batteries, provided). Instructions included in the photos section. Would prefer someone with experience in servicing motorised awnings in case other repairs may be necessary.
