Some screws appear to be stripped or are no longer gripping properly. We need a secure, lasting repair as it is an important main front door. 2.Install an aluminium bracket awning (0.80m x 1.2m) above a solar battery: Mount an awning onto a brick wall using four screws (provided).

Manually wound awning stuck - assistance needed

I bought a new custom wooden awning to be fitted above double doors to office. It's now painted. The manufacturer has suppled the colorbond sheeting, colorbond edging, colorbond capping to put into the brick work. I need someone to ensure it's 100% leak proof & joined into the brickwork. They will have to re-mortar what they take out to fit awning. 2.3m long wooden awning.

Remove 2 window awnings above second floor windows. See picture.

Backyard used to have large canvas sail/ sheets across the area - want to remove three (3) support poles. Need them cut at ground level so that base can be covered by concrete top layer.

Looking for someone experienced to assemble and install a brand-new Instahut 4.5m x 3m motorised retractable awning in my backyard. Job details: • Assemble the awning as per manufacturer instructions. • Install above the existing sliding doors onto suitable structural supports. • There is 400mm clearance above the sliding doors, including approximately 250mm of exposed brickwork. • Install mounting brackets and securely mount the awning. • Adjust the angle and test the motor and remote. The awning is already purchased and on-site. Installation instructions and YouTube assembly video are available. I am happy to assist with lifting and positioning, as the awning is quite heavy. The area is easily accessible with concrete flooring. Install two DIY 1.5m x 3m awnings on side of house. Awnings come with screw packs. Side of house width is 2m

The awning has been damaged and does not retract. It's controlled by a motor and remote. The task is to work out how to retract the awning without causing any more damage to it and leave it in the closed position.

Please reconnect this cable and tighten after it broke. Price negotiable. Not sure what this might be worth

Looking for an experienced trade painter to repaint the exterior architectural trims, gables, and fascias of a single-storey weatherboard home in Thornbury (see attached photos). Scope of Work: Front Facade: Paint front gable trims/battens, window awning/hood, timber window frames/sills, and lower plinth baseboards in a heritage muted olive green (per mockup image). Rear Facade: Paint rear roofline fascias, gable cladding/trims, window/sliding door perimeter trims, and lower baseboards. Side Laneway/Path: Paint metal/timber fascias, gutters, downpipes (changing over from burgundy), and lower baseboards along the side pathway. Prep Work: Light sanding, cleaning down surfaces, scraping loose paint, and spot priming where required. Materials & Requirements: Paint (Supplied by Painter): Painter to supply premium exterior acrylic paint (e.g., Dulux Weathershield or Taubmans All Weather) tinted to agreed olive/green trim colour (e.g., / Olive Leaf). Equipment: Painter to supply all brushes, rollers, masking, drop sheets, and ladders/step platforms. Access: Flat, clear ground access at front, rear, and side brick pathway. Need a painter to paint over awning facia and sides. Colour is Monument. I think it would need two coats. Need it done on Sunday 16th August so not many cars and people about to get in the way. I think it's just a morning's work and the paint job only needs to last 2 months.
