A bit of an unconventional task. I’m a renter, so I can’t have a proper AC set up. My only solution is a portable AC. I’m not a crafty or handy person, but I also don’t want flimsy cardboard boxes or pieces of cloth against my window. I need help executing the idea attached in the photos. Likely need a custom solution to perfectly fit the measurements of the awning windows. The job will involve closing off part of a large awning window with a suitable board/panel and cutting a hole to suit the exhaust hose, ensuring a neat look. I also want the light to still come in. The sides of the awning window will also need to be sealed. Along with the bottom part. (I only have the hose). You must supply all tools, materials and fittings required and be confident working with non-standard window setups.
