We have a Miele G5500 freestanding dishwasher showing Water intake fault. We have already cleared the filters and cleaned the water inlet filter at the tap. Looks like the inlet valve needs to be replaced? When starting a cycle, there is some vibration from the inlet valve and water flows through briefly. the machine seems to be able to drain water in the sump inside the dishwasher. Then the error comes up.

My kitchen currently has an open gap above the cooktop. I’d like to have this opening closed up and then install a range hood(will have separate person to do the installation not include in this task list). It will probably require timber beams for structural support and some painting as well. Could you please let me know roughly how much this would cost?

Replace existing old gas cooktop, the original one is narrow in size, so probably need some small cut job on the benchtop.

The existing oven is a Westinghouse POR663S 600mm built-in oven, which appears to be hard-wired. However, I am not 100% certain whether there is an existing power socket behind the oven or in an adjacent cabinet. The new oven is a Miele steam combi oven (plug-in type). The dishwasher is Midea WQP12-7617N. The display shows the E1 error and that water is pooling at the bottom of the unit.
