The Fischer Paykel oven is fairly new. The new tenants can't get it to work, likely due to the timer-clock (happened in the past). The ignition for gas top burners is reported as not working.

I have an active Home Assistant running on its own server. Several automations eg Automatic garage door opening, or Tesla charging no longer function as intended. There are several issues that require repairing and I am unsure how to repair them. I’m not prepared to offer remote access so need someone to come to my house and fix the issues on my laptop and coach me at the same time.

Fridge is playing up, control panel stopped displaying, ticking sound at back of fridge, sounded like start relay issue, fiddled with adjacent capacitor, ticking sound stopped and compressor seemed to kick in, now it's making whooping sound internally and intermittently stopping working

We are renovating kitchen. We first will demolish the old cabinets on Wednesday. On Thursday and before installing the new cabinets, we need an electrician to relocate the oven wire from one side to the other side of kitchen.

our LG GB-455UPLE fridge door has shonky alignment. it is a fridge above freezer style. the fridge door will make the freezer door open by accident. this happens because the opening side of the freezer is higher than the hinge side, so it catches on the fridge door bottom and opens with it. the freezer door isn’t flat, you can put a level on it and see the bubbles rise quite a bit. i’ve tried taking apart but i see no configurable options. how do you change the alignment. i’ve changed the feet and it’s closer to level as a whole but not quite. the fridge does lean as a whole in the same direction as the issue.

Cooktop is cracked and needs to be fitted with new one purchased. Same Watts, size and Amps. Tenanted apartment in Southport Weekdays can be mornings or after 4:30pm. Morning may require key collection from Real estate office.
