When the back rollers are going down and are at waist level you can hear the motor labour, it drops in revs and will almost stop if you don't lift up your backside, it then continues. I lift myself quickly as I don't want the motor burning out. Also, when I release the pressure on the rollers by lifting myself up a bit, they seem to 'do a flip' while continuing. I don't know if there's a bit of material on the track jamming it or what as I've never seen inside it to figure it out.

Our lounge set is a Carlton cornered modular lounge set with one module being the electric recliner. Issue is electrical recliner suddenly not working.
