Dear Vacume Cleaner Repairer, my Hoover Freemotion Cyclean 2000W vacume cleaner is making a popping sound and may be arcing inside and emitting ozone fumes. Capacitor and/or wire brushes inside may need replacing, but vacume fault must still be checked and verified by you. Willing to drop off machine if this is an option. Reside in Golden Grove South Australia. I do not want to spend too much on repairs and if the cost is too high, I may be better off buying a new one anyway. I have indicated $80 budget, but will need to read the low down about price of parts and your labour deal to get a better picture of costs and to consider you hired. Price negotiable.
