Old cooktop is obove the oven on the work bench. It is about 25 years old. The exhaust fan is same age. I want to replace them both.

Mandatory scope required approx 32 m NG pipe. Optional scope require additional approx 6 m NG pipes. * Main scope: Granny Flat need NG supply to 4 burner Cook Top (1)and Gas heater (2). * Optional: Add provision to Gas heater (3) and Water heater (4) at main building - for future. I.e., get gas pipe connection to below ceiling level. * lengths as per the sketch attached. * cost effective quote is expecting with safety. Hope can use Black steel pipe/ GI pipes bcz cost effective than copper pipes. * You need to provide gas connection to cook stove and gas heater in Granny flat. * if possible, come and give a reasonable quote. - Due date: Flexible
