We need the vanity waste connected correctly and the vanity sealed to the floor with silicone (supplied). The vanity rose basin connections need to be tightened. I also need the toilet sealed to the floor tiles. The older shower taps are leaking since we turned it back on from tiler so want to replace/fix.
