Edit: there is sub-floor access from outside. May meet spiders along the way. Gas bayonet is in the middle of the hallway on the floor and is not required. Cap off so that floor boards can be put down properly. Note: there is still gas connected to the property and used for stove and a bayonet in a different room. Those connections will remain.

RANDWICK A couple of months ago, my dad and I installed a new electric hob. The connectors were a bit tight and my dad had to make/remake the connections a few times until they worked. Now the hob/oven has stopped working again, so I imagine someone just needs to redo the connections (I'm not a licensed electrician, but I can be present to turn electric off, help get oven out to get to the connections, etc). I imagine we'll need bigger connectors than what we currently have.

I need someone to connect my washing machine to the water supply in my apartment. Job involves connecting cold and hot water supply hoses properly. I have just moved in and the clamp I have from my old apartment is too large for the cold hose, so I need someone to source the correct size clamp and install it. Also uncap and connect hot water hose too. Probably need to come by first to assess, then pick up the correct clamp from a hardware store, and return to complete install. I’m including the cost of the clamp in the total budget, as these aren’t expensive and are easy to source.
