Hook up drainage pipe only for brand new Kogan 6kg Top Load Washing Machine

My Haier top-loader (HWMP65-918, 6.5 kg) has stopped draining and spinning. Clothes come out soaking wet and the machine makes no sound when it should drain or spin. No error code on the display. I've already cleared the lint filter, drain hose and pump outlet, so there are no blockages. It's probably the drain pump (part number H0034000110D), but it could be the lid switch or control board. Looking for someone to work out what's wrong and replace whatever needs it. Happy to buy the part myself or have you supply it, just let me know in your quote. Hoping to get it sorted in the next few days.

Washing Machine Repair – Esatto EFLW500 I need someone to diagnose and repair my Esatto EFLW500 front-loading washing machine. The machine stopped mid-cycle with an error code and continuous beeping, and the door wouldn’t open. I drained the water, but after attempting a spin cycle, I noticed water and suds leaking from underneath the machine, on the opposite side from the filter. I’m looking for someone experienced with washing machine/appliance repairs to diagnose the issue and repair it if possible. Thank you

Edit: there is sub-floor access from outside. May meet spiders along the way. Gas bayonet is in the middle of the hallway on the floor and is not required. Cap off so that floor boards can be put down properly. Note: there is still gas connected to the property and used for stove and a bayonet in a different room. Those connections will remain.
