Delonghi Magnifica Evo Coffee machine not responding properly. Bean grinding function not working even though the machine has enough beans. The errors keeps coming. Cleaning and restarting hasn’t helped.

My coffee machine is not grinding beans. The error shown seems to suggest that it’s not sensing any beans even though it is full. I have tried cleaning it multiple times, taken the infuser out as well - but no luck. The hot water function is working fine. The coffee function works fine with instant coffee. There may be something is stuck in the grinder, but I can’t access it because of the coffee bean tray design.

Need new cold water pipe installed to tge existing tub cold water tap and need a,shower head with a little lead to wash and drain. pipe coming from washing machine needs to be clipped to the tile wall and a wooden plank made out to stabilise the washing washine.
