Installation of a kaboodle laundry

Hang a fisher and paykel clothes dryer on the wall and hang a circle mirror on the wall. Potentially also hang a tv, will adjust the budget for this if available for this and I have the wall bracket by then.

I’m selling my house and agent has said to get something built over the washing machine in the kitchen so that it’s not visible and to match it up as close as possible to get her current cabinetry (laminate that I painted). $5 price is me wondering cost. It doesn’t have to match everything else exactly but I just need some guidance on the most cost efficient way to do this. Open to suggestions. Has to be in that spot as that’s where all the washing piping etc is. I’m thinking a cabinet that goes over it and maybe has some space above for towels etc and closes up. I have purchased a new Ford Ranger Wildtrak (Next Gen) and would like to move the Maxliner canopy from my Next Gen Ranger XLT, if possible I would like to have the roller shutter (from the Wildtrak) installed on the XLT. I would also like to do the same with the ARB long Range Tank J Braces to be installed on the Wildtrak Central Locking to be integrated on the Canopy in the Wildtrak Wildtrak Roller Shutter to be Installed on XLT (Optional) ARB Long Range Tank to be swapped over

The dishwasher is 24”W x 24”D x 33”H. Needs be installed in kitchen that require the cabinet modification to fit so the task requires a carpenter

Removal of old retractable hose reel and installation of two new hose reels

Install new range hood. No elecrical work required. Drill bit required for screwing and securing into existing cabinetry, and drill bit to create a large hole for the electrical cable to go into for plugging into electrical plug point above. Simple job, we just don't have the right tools. See photos for further details.

I have a Breville Barista Express coffee machine. It keeps blowing out a rubber gasket ring, which now continues to occur even when the ring has been replaced. I believe the problem is quite common to the model and the solution is a matter of lock-tightening several internal screws which hold in the portafilter collar so it's able to work under pressure. The trick is pulling apart the internals to access the screws, and put it all back together - something I don't trust myself to do.
