Scope of work: Remove the existing gas supply at the current stove location or reconnect if we decide to go with gasstove and oven combo. Assess the existing electrical supply at that location to confirm if upgraded wiring and/or a new dedicated circuit is required for a induction unit. If needed, upgrade wiring and install the correct dedicated circuit/breaker for the new stove/oven. Provide compliance certificates for both electrical and gas works. Notes: The new induction stove/oven or new gasstove/ oven will replace the old gas stove in the kitchen and the old oven to be removed.
