It’s obviously a larger electrical issue I can’t afford to fix right now but this time I’ve replaced the element and when I turn the oven on, the safety switch trips Immediately. I need someone to come and check the wiring to the element and to test the element itself for faults. I’ve replaced it 3 times over the years with no issues but this one is stumping me! Second job is a leaking fridge. Will be an easy fix again but I need someone to look behind the fridge to see where the leak is coming from and repair. Thank you!

Hello, I need some help connecting my washing machine in the laundry by a licensed plumber. At the moment, there doesn’t seem to be a proper inlet tap for the washing machine, so I think we might need to install a splitter (maybe a 3-way or dual outlet tap?) off the existing water line. Ideally, this shouldn’t affect the hot water line, even though the hot water system is currently not working.
