I have an old gas 4 burner cooktop that is working but needs repair and some elements replaced.

Current kitchen hood uses filter and the ventilation is not efficient. I want to have it connected an external aluminium ducting so that the smoke can be exhausted outside. The task involves (1)to cut/remove the cabinet above the hood.The cabinet doesn’t need to be re-installed (2) to cut a hole on the wall for ducting (3)installing the ducting Current offer price doesn’t include the material cost. Install the retractable cooker hood within a cupboard, adjust hinges for the closing doors, get the flexible flue into the roof space.

Washing machine needs to be connected to the pipes. However need longer pipes to connect hot and cold pipes and also the drain pipe.

Clothes dryer needs fixing. When you press start it goes to start then stops and won’t run. We have cleaned the filters and that didn’t work

The hole into the cabinetry is too small, I need a circular saw used to increase the size

We need a ecomax504 Undercover Dishwasher installed. And the old model removed and discarded.

Ceiling fan not secured properly. Need someone to fix so it doesnt hang as per images.

Just bought a new Trinity TRCI603 electric induction cooktop (60cm) and need a hand replacing the old gas one. If you know your way around these things and can do a proper job, give us a shout. - SIngle story landed house. What's needed: You've gotta know how to switch from a gas cooktop to an electric induction one without making a hash of it. Gotta be on the level with all the Aussie standards, so everything's above board. There's some electrical work involved, so you need to be able to handle that without any drama. I've chucked in a couple of photos of the new and old cooktops so you can have a squiz. If you reckon you can do the job, offer me and let me know when you can do it.
