Hi, I was looking for a quote to repair my Westinghouse WVEP917DSC Oven which I accidentally damaged yesterday. I finished cleaning it and forgot how all the different trays were arranged so I out the large black tray on the bottom of the oven. After baking a dish and increasing the temperature to 240C, I think I damaged the heating element. At the time I did not notice a sign on the side of the oven (see attached). So my act of placing that tray there must have damaged it. I suspect I need to replace the element and would like a quote. The oven turns on and I can select any function and temperature ect. But when it starts, it gives me the impression it is working and I here a vibration but if I come back 3min later, the temperature has not increased at all and it is still the same, yet it gives the impression that it's on and working. So that's why I suspected I damaged the heating element. When is the earliest you can come to inspect it? and if the issue is replacement of the heating element, what would be your quote for the replacement and repair? Regards
