Looking for a registered technician that can fix a leaking fridge. When we turn off the water supply for water and ice dispenser it stops but once turned on it floods the floor

I’m looking for someone to help fix LG washer-dryer combos persistent OE (drain) error on my unit. I’ve already gone through all the usual internet suggestions fixes — cleaned the drain pump filter, got plumber to checked and flushed the drain hose. Despite all that, the machine still shows the OE / 0C error and won’t drain properly. So I really need someone who knows what they’re doing — ideally a technician or a DIY expert familiar with LG combo units and control board diagnostics. If you’ve repaired this issue before (or can accurately test the pump and board), please reach out with your availability and rate. The unit is accessible and I can send the model number or photos if needed. Note I have two same machines in different locations having the same issues. Issue 1: the new built-in oven (electric) works for about 1-2mins (and begins heating) and then the power of the whole oven turns off. We have called electrician who has said the circuit breaker power capability is fine. We are not sure what else could be the issue. The oven is the De Longhi DEP909M. Issue 2: two burners on the brand new gas stove top are having issues. Initially all 4 burners worked. After first time use, the biggest burner on left-hand bottom corner stopped working. It lights when the nob is pressed down, but stops when the nob is released and does not stay alight/on. My understanding is that the gas stops flowing. Now, the same thing happening to the top right-hand corner burner. The product is Haier 60cm gas cook top.
