Old school kitchen bench top has overhanging trim, needs shaving off to install new dishwasher underneath bench for tenants. Old dishwasher already removed. Plumber reports 5mm too low. Will need a new benchtop at some stage. Just need it functional and not too ugly.

Washing machine fails to drain and says “water outlet fault” every load. It’s manually draining ok and I’ve cleaned the filter a t the front. Screen needs replacing/repair
