My washing machines drainer on the front has something stuck in it but we were unable to remove it. This is causing it to provide an error and not being able to drain out the water (we've manually drained it for now). The panel underneath the washing machine needs to be opened up to remove whatever is in there. We didn't do that in case it was further damaged. No parts needed. The washing machine is a front loader - Whirlpool FDLR70210

My oil heater has stopped working. I have absolutely no idea what’s wrong with it. I have no idea how heaters even work honestly. The thing is I love this heater. It’s red and matches my couch. It worked last winter but not this year. So sad. Because I have no idea what’s wrong with it I have no idea how much it would cost to fix it. You can also just tell me if it’s not worth saving. I’ve replaced my old induction cooktop with a new one, but the new cooktop is slightly smaller than the previous one. This has left small gaps around the edges of the benchtop cut-out (see photos). The cooktop is already installed ( but removable) but needs proper support due to the larger existing cut-out.
