Adler commercial dishwasher has stops heating, the temperature has been stuck to 49 degrees, anyone help to fix it

I have a Fisher & Paykel WD8560F1 washer/dryer. The rubber door seal/gasket has torn and needs to be replaced. I have already purchased the correct genuine replacement seal, so I just need someone experienced to remove the damaged seal and install the new one properly. Please apply if you have experience replacing front-loader washer door seals, and are able to pull the machine out to work on it (if that’s needed). Located in kingston apartment.

Hello, I am having issues installing the hose of my washing machine to the tap. I have tried a few times but it leaks.

I moved yesterday and the moving men reconnected my washing machine. Since then, it has not been working. It seems to just want to fill to the top of the unit and doesn't drain. I have to turn it off and on again in order to drain, in which case it does drain. I suspect the pressure switch isn't activating but I don't know how to fix it. It is an Esatto EFLW600 front loader.

Kitchen Mixer tap body is loose, needs to be tightened against sink from underneath with correct tooling (a tube spanner). The dish washer is reported to not work, please investigate power and water supply and confirm functionality.

I have a breville express coffee machine that has recently stopped working. Everytime I connect it to the power source (flicking the switch on but not turning on the device) it trips the apartment's circuit breaker. I believe this is due to a leak somewhere inside the device. I would like the device fixed so that it can operate properly without tripping the circuit breaker. See below for an image of the device.

Draw style Fisher and Pykle dishwasher stopped draining. Have tried switching it on/off and restarting after clearing fault, but still stopping when it comes to the drain part of the cycle. Apartment complex is about six years old.

Washing machine not draining and filter clogged

Looking for someone qualified to install a replacement door seal for my washing machine. Expected delivery of the replacement part is next Mon/ Tues, so (unless any delays in the delivery) next Wed or Thurs evening (from 6-8pm) would be best for the installation. Otherwise asap thereafter, including anytime over the Easter weekend. Model is Simpson EZISet SWF7025EQWA 7kg front loader. I’ve ordered the replacement part from Genuine Appliance Parts.

My washing machine was incorrectly installed with the hot water hose connected to the cold tap, and vice versa. I cannot change them by myself and need help switching them over. The tap and hoses are difficult to access but obviously not impossible.

I need someone to remove and dispose of my existing 60 cm fixed Westinghouse rangehood (model WRJ600USS), then install a new 60 cm fixed Westinghouse rangehood (model WRF610SA). This is essentially a like-for-like replacement. Old rangehood needs to be removed and disposed of. New rangehood (WRF610SA) will be provided — you just need to install it in the same location. A tenanted apartment requires a couple of jobs to be done. 1. Fisher & Paykel dryer to be installed above a washing machine, unit came with the brackets for mounting, but a stud finder might come in handy :) 2. A ceiling light needs to be installed and we have the replacement light but it is larger than the existing hole, so a circular drill will be necessary. Thanks :)
