The filter hasnt been cleaned in a long time. I recently started getting error 18 - drainage block or filter error. Tried cleaning filter but cannotopen. Something is perhaps stuck.

My floor has an awful, hollow sound in some areas, squeaking in another. New carpet is coming in on Wednesday and I need the boards fixed.
