It’s making a loud buzzing noise constantly, the sound stops when you open the door. I suspect it is ice build up on the fan but need someone to come check. Price negotiable depending on fix

The bottom screw on the front casing is severely rusted/stripped and won't budge with WD-40. ​Status: Front casing is still attached; second retaining ring needs removal. ​Parts: I already have the replacement seal on hand. ​Requirement: Need a pro with the right tools to extract the rusted screw and finish the seal installation

Need washing machine fixed, keeps leaking

My old gas cooktop is not working and needs to be removed. I've bought a replacement that requires wiring in.
