Need my washing machine fixed today

I have an error code on my cardio tech treadmill. I think it is to do with the electronic board. It tries to start but the mat won’t turn and the code comes straight up.

We have an Electrolux 7kg dryer (EDV705HQWA) that has become very loud when tumbling and feels heavy/stiff when turning the drum manually. Symptoms: - Loud noise during rotation/tumbling - Drum feels heavier than normal to spin - Still heats/dries properly Suspect worn belt, drum rollers, bearing, tensioner or similar We LOVE this dryer and would prefer repairing it if cost-effective.
