Need to make sure that my washing machine is working fine as it is leaking under the floor

Our Kelvinator fridge is currently causing the power to trip immediately when plugged in. We’ve tested the same power outlet with other appliances and they work fine, so it appears the issue is with the fridge itself. Important context: The fridge was working perfectly fine prior to moving into our new place, and this issue has only started since the move. Looking for a plumber to possibly move a washing machine to another area. Not sure if it's possible but I bought a new washer and dryer to replace a smaller one and they're in the bathroom and look way too big. I'm completely renovating my kitchen which will be a large L shaped one and the benches will be as wide as the fridge is which is in the pictures and was hoping I could move the washer and dryer into the kitchen in a cupboard as part of my design. I don't currently have a dishwasher but have shown the picture of the plumbing under the sink that it was connected to. My question is it possible to use that plumbing area to add whatever is needed to move the washer directly next to it, where the fridge currently is in the pictures which will be going on the other wall. I still plan on getting a dishwasher as well so would be additional outlets. I've put $200 only because you have to put a figure in but obviously will see what people can offer if it's possible. We were moving a fridge and slid the fridge on top of the cable which means the cable has now come apart and does not work. We need the cable fixing.

Qualified Fridge and Plumbing Installation required for new Samasung fridge freezer. Needs to lifted off polystyrene packing base and connected water supply to maintain warranty. We are in a rental, so either needs non- peanut connection to outside tap on wall just outside and through kitchen window behind where fridge is, or under sink with dish washer tap, but will need a two way connector.
