Bosch washing machine repair, E18 error

I have a Bosch series 4 washing machine. It’s showing E18 error, I have checked the drain outlets multiple times, no blockage. It is pumping out some water but not entirely. The Bosch helpline says the pump might have to be changed. Need someone have a look and fix it.

Need to install the dish washer. It would require to drill in the cabinet for the drain pipe to pass, fix the inlet and the drain to the main connection
