Hi, I have a F&P top loader 10kg washing machine that keeps stopping mid-cycle and constantly beeping with an “out of balance” error. I’ve already tried redistributing the clothes and different load sizes, but the issue keeps happening on fast spin. Slow spin doesn't trigger the “out of balance” error and the cycle finishes with no problems. So I believe the suspension rods may be worn and need replacing. Lawnmower wouldnt turn off with lever in “off” position so my son disconnected the fuel box from engine and it shut it, but now runs at full rpm when turned on again. Doesnt seem like the cable is doing anything now.

The freezer works fine, but the fridge sometimes is not cold ..I turn the main power off and on again the fridge works fine for few days and start to play up again, then I turn the power off for 2 hours and the fridge works fine and so on . Hi, I’m looking for someone experienced with lawn mower repairs to help fix an issue with my Ryobi 36V electric mower. The height adjustment mechanism isn’t working properly. While mowing, it keeps slipping and changing to a lower height on its own instead of staying locked in position.

Fisher and Paykel Not draining. Checked obvious - filter and sink hose and recycled etc etc.

Every-time I made attempts to fit the pipe, it keeps leaking!

Keeps leaking out the top near the tap. You might need a spare part or whole new hose? I’ve taken it off and rescrewed it in tight and still leaking

Our gas heater has a door covering the electricals. It should easily lift, open and close but we opened it this morning and it is now its stuck open and we can't close it. we're worried about the exposed electrical. Please repair so that it again opens an closes. Many thanks
