I am based in Port Melbourne and my Haier washing machine has stopped working. Over the last week we’ve heard what sounds like the drum struggling to turn (as if something is jammed). We now have an error on display which says Clean Filter - we have done this but the issue persists. Are you able to help? Thanks, Jason

My smeg oven seems to be broken. I think it’s the fan. Originally the fan would not shut off and I had to turn it off at the wall each time. Now the fan makes sounds but I don’t think it works properly. Im still turning it off at the wall due to it not shutting off - ever after use. I’d like to know if it’s fixable and if you can do it we can discuss the extra cost of this.

La Marzocco 2 group, Serie F870, Model 2AV Details from last service: Brew element has major scale breach, pump is seized, fan not running and solenoid exhaust manifold has some scale build up too. Did basic service while on site and replaced seals/shims/showers, replaced vacvalve o-ring, cleaned level probe, rebuilt RH steam tap, replaced filter, all other functions working otherwise. Checked/cleaned Robur, burrs starting to feel dull so may be worth replacing when go back to sort out other issues.

Ikea skinande dishwasher has a i40 error. Have tried cleaning the filter and turning off power at the breaker for over 5 minutes. However, the errror still persists.
