Samsung Bubble wash/front loader washing machine. Showing 5c error. Cleaned front bottom filter but didn’t fix the error. Booklet says probably water pump needs to be changed. I can get the water pump, need help changing it.

I have an ASKO dishwasher. It is getting the f11 error code and has visible water pooling in the filter area. I have attempted to flush with bicarb soda and vinegar and hot water but no success.
