My LG washing machine arrived yesterday, needs intallation fresh from the box.

I have an existing undermount rangehood (cut-out size W490 x D344mm) that needs to be replaced in an apartment. It is installed underneath a kitchen cabinet. I wasn't sure whether it can be repaired or not. The issue is that it does not start when switched on. I need to replace an existing unit with a new unit. The new unit is 52cm Tisira model WRU52CX-L . Dimensions: W520 x D314 x H254mm It functions as a recirculating rangehood and does not require ducting, but the carbon filter comes as optional. So I will need a carbon filter for installation. As for the installation of screws to fix the new rangehood to the top cabinet, particularly where the gap is (i.e. back face), it may require longer screws (340-260=80mm, at least 100mm screw length)? The existing cut-out depth is deeper than the depth of the new rangehood. A gap (340-314=26mm) will be on either front or back (preferred) of the rangehood depending on the installation. Installation of particle board to fill the gap can be done either before or after rangehood installation. Existing powerpoint is already installed in the cabinet. It doesn't require hardwiring. Free parking is not available in the building, but will check again. Disposal of rangehood and others can be done at designated area in the building. Scope of works required: 1) Replace existing rangehood with a new unit 2) Carbon filter that suits 3) Depending on installation method, longer screws for fixing if needed 4) Addition of particle board to the cabinet to fill gap
