According to Ecobee, my system has non-standard terminal labels and wiring, which is preventing the thermostat from being compatible. The main task is to modify the wiring at the HVAC unit to make it compatible with the Ecobee thermostat. This may involve creating standard terminals (R, C, G, Y, W).
