Lower a 46kg heat pump dryer down one floor via a void on ropes/straps (you provide) and install on shelf in laundry. Laundry is close to staircase/void on lower floor. Dryer will sit on hip height shelf. No drilling required. Must fix drainage hose (provided) that will drain into laundry sink next to dryer. I think this is definitely a two person job. We have had larger/heavier items lowered through the void by removalists when we moved in so issues with the dryer fitting. Just need two strong people with appropriate ropes/straps. The dryer is already here and unboxed. Pic 1 shows void next to stairs from above and pic 2 is dryer currently resting in front of railing in front of void.

Hi I have a heat pump dryer installed above my washing machine in the laundry. Currently I need to manually empty the water tray. I would like it to empty automatically. There is a way to do that, so the water from clothes automatically drains. I have a hose for that but please bring any attachments that may be needed. Thanks!

I’m looking for a licensed electrician to install an outdoor weatherproof power point for a new heat pump. Scope of work: • Install 1 x outdoor weatherproof GPO (power point) on the external wall in the location I’ll show you. • Existing internal power point directly behind the desired location, and • Another existing power point approx. 10 metres away on the same wall outside. • Power board is 15 meters from the desired spot. my dryer keeps showing an error message saying “the water tank is full, please empty and continue the cycle.” But the hose is connected straight to the sink drain, so it should be draining automatically. It seems like either water might be coming back up the hose, making the dryer think the tank is full, or the hose itself might be blocked. If someone could check it out, I’d really appreciate it. No rush..

Ecogenica model Eg-215f, Failed capacitor or tripped safety switch issue. 15mm tempering valve has been replaced same issue. Recall for where the control panel inside the heat pump unit hasn't been touched just out of warranty 2yrs & 3 months now. Warranty 2 yrs. Need quote on repairs. Thanks in advance. Not a emergency situation.
