No wooden floors in the kitchen so the kitchen will only need a repainting. It can be done at intervals but everything needs to be done within 30 days or so. It needs to be professionally done like covering stuff and cleaning walls etc… The 3 bedrooms, living room, bathroom and toilet is bare minimum work as it needs to be repainted only to make it fresh compared to the kitchen. However, there are wooden flooring in the 3 bedrooms as well as the living room. The bathroom and toilet has tiles, similar with the kitchen which does not need anything to be done.
