LG front-load washer/dryer (Model: WD12595FD6) has developed a door lock fault. The door closes but often won’t lock, preventing the machine from starting. Occasionally it works if the door is shut firmly, but the issue keeps returning. Likely door lock/interlock, latch, or related fault. Investigate and fix odor from dishwasher. Could be blockage or drainage hose may need replacing as it's old. No extremely obvious blockage in the hose though that I can see. The filter has already been removed and cleaned. It's a AEG Favorit. Job price to cover investigation and fix, including basic part replacement, if required. If more expensive parts are required we can discuss.

Gentrax 3500 won’t start think it’s spark plug related but not entirely sure as I’m unable to even get spark plug cap off but I know the rubber seal is no longer attached

Bosch series 8 machine the door rubber cap has a cut that is leaking water. Also the back pipe is leaking water, the pipe is fine,its the white cap that seems to be leaking.

install 20mm gas pipe from meter to.hotwater system 4m away then to kitchen cook top another 12m.Appliances are existing but there is a slow leak which couldn't be found. Gas isolated by Atco. Budget ?? Tell me your price, if it's reasonable all good. Cheers

I have a Baumatic GEH6018 slideout rangehood. The white front fascia panel drops down and won’t stay up. Both mounting points look corroded and damaged. One side appears to be missing parts entirely – possibly a plastic cap, grommet or screw. I’ve taken plenty of photos and can share them. I just need someone who knows what they’re looking at to identify exactly what’s missing, source the part if needed, and fix it. Property is selling 9 June so needs to be done before then. Located in Innaloo.

Isolation valve to dishwasher isn’t isolating. Need a new one, I don’t trust me unscrewing this from the copper pipe. I have a new valve already.

I need a handy person to help install a new rangehood vent on an exterior brick wall. The existing round hole is a bit too small for the new vent’s spigot, so you’ll need to carefully enlarge the brick opening (just a few millimetres). I’ve already removed the old vent and have the new vent, wall plugs and screws ready to go. The job involves: * Enlarging the existing circular hole in the brickwork so the new vent fits snugly * Sliding the vent’s spigot into the duct and securing the duct * Mounting the vent flange to the wall using masonry screws and plugs * Sealing the duct connection with foil tape and finishing with exterior silicone for a weather‑tight seal * Cleaning up afterwards Materials: I will provide the vent, plugs and screws; please bring foil tape and any tools needed to enlarge the hole (e.g. masonry drill, chisel, grinder) and finish the job. Experience with brickwork and vent installations preferred.

Move front panel from existing integrated dishwasher to new one, sliding door bracket provided.
