I need help with heavy lifting only to replace my existing Miele washing machine with a new standalone washing machine. The job involves: * Moving/removing the existing Miele washing machine from underneath the dryer. * Moving the new washing machine into the laundry and positioning it in the same spot. * Carefully lifting and placing the existing Miele dryer back on top of the new washing machine. * The machines are heavy, so two people and suitable lifting equipment/trolley are preferred. * Care needs to be taken not to damage the machines, walls, door, tiles or cabinetry. No plumbing or electrical work is required. I will take care of disconnecting/connecting the hoses and power. Photos show the existing stacked Miele washer/dryer and the new washing machine that needs to be moved into position.

Dryer cord got very hot and damaged outlet, needs replaced or at least checked. Dryer also needs tested to see if that was the issue. I work during business hours, can only meet after 5pm or weekends

Help disconnect stuck gas heater hose/fitting I have a gas heater with a hose connection that is stuck and I can’t get the fitting to release/disconnect. Looking for someone experienced with gas appliances or gas fittings who can safely disconnect it without damaging the heater, hose or connection. Please bring any tools required. I need an experienced solid plasterer/rendering professional to repair the outside face of an existing oven recess in my kitchen. The inside of the recess is NOT being plastered and will remain exposed brick. The work is to repair the damaged areas around the opening, including the sides and top, build up/level the surface where required, and finish it flush with the existing wall and smooth/ready for painting. This is an older brick/masonry wall, so I’m specifically looking for someone experienced with solid plaster/render repairs over brick, rather than someone who mainly does plasterboard. Materials to be included in the price. Photos attached. The job is ready to be completed now. Please provide a quote and, ideally, examples of similar brick/masonry plaster repair work you’ve completed.
