Stove Repairs - the middle burner of a gas stove does not light up when the knob is turned. It makes some ticking sound but no spark is coming out. Gas is still coming out and the burner can still turn on with the help of a lighter. I would like to have the igniter component fixed/replaced. Hi there, I have a Technika Stovetop, Model H640STXPRO-3, installed in 2013. For several months, the stove has had issues with igniting. When the control knob is held down and turned, we hear the clicking of the ignitor, but it takes several seconds (up to 15) for the gas to come through. When we hear the gas coming through the stove, we then press the control knob down again and the flame ignites. Just need a gas fitter to check the diaphragm and regulator? Thanks
