Looking for someone to bake an authentic style Black Forest cake with minor adjustments. Must be made with no alcohol however I'd still like it to be moist so maybe some sort of cherry syrup to replace the Kirsch. Can't have any components containing animal gelatine. Does NOT have to be vegan. I still want real dairy to be used, no plant based alternatives. Just no alcohol or gelatine. Need it baked fresh and delivered any time between 12pm and 5pm on Sunday 31st March (Easter Sunday). MUST be someone with an ABN who uses a commercial kitchen, store front or council registered kitchen. Must be willing to show pictures of their previous work and proof of hygiene and that the cake is being made fresh. I have had a past experience of a family member ending up in hospital due to someone lying about the freshness of ingredients and pretending they were following the dietary requirements. This cake is for someone with serious health issues and freshness and following the dietary requirements is essential and I will need proof of that. Need it delivered to an address in Wanneroo on Sunday 31st March (Easter Sunday). I am putting a price for the cake only. I know the delivery will depend on location. I'm in Wanneroo so ideally want someone close to minimise delivery cost.
