My chef canceled last minute. Is there a chef that can cook a meal for a 15 year anniversary. Cost can be discussed have put $500 for now. 2 adults and two kids. 11,6 You will need to purchase the ingredients. I’ll cover the cost . The previous chef was going to prepare some parts of meal at hm. I have the basics. My kitchen consists of a gas cooktop, large, conventional oven, large open, space kitchen, plenty of room in the fridge and freezer. I have an outdoor barbecue if needed. Chef was going to arrive at 4pm for dinner service at 6pm. I have plates, knives, cutlery, and can set the table before hand. Menu ( can Discuss options as it may be amended. One son has given up pork for lent) My modern Kitchen has a gas stove, large fan forced oven, plenty of room in fridge and freezer. This was the menu so something similar would be great: To Start: Seasonal Amuse Bouche A palate awakener designed by chef to suit the chosen menu and in-season produce Entrée: Lobster Tortellini Butter-poached lobster tortellini with truffle-infused pumpkin puree Palate Cleanser: Fresh Sorbet Seasonal sorbet to cleanse the palate Decadent Main Roasted chicken ballotine stuffed with truffle, mushroom and hazelnut, served on a bed of pumpkin puree To Finish: Chocolate Souffle Decadent and delicate chocolate soufflé with crème anglaise Little Foodies Menu (For children) Market fish with hand-cut chips // Dessert: DIY ice cream sundae with selection of toppings (berries, nuts, sauce, etc).

Looking for a pivate chef to host upwards of 10 people. As always it does come down to cost. I would love to help create a great experience for everyone, not just yourself providing a service, but a great experience for all. Please bare in mine I will ask for credentials, or experience, when making the final decision for a chef.
