Our fisher and paykel washsmart 8.5kg top loader has stopped working properly stating that it’s off balance even when very few items are in it. We think it’s the suspension rods. Looking for someone to come and replace these for us including the rods asap!

We’ve just moved into a new house and have an issue with our washing machine pipe. The washing machine drain hose only inserts 2–3 cm into the standpipe. The standpipe is marked DN20 PVC pressure pipe and the machine backs up during pump-out. Looks to be too small in diameter, haven’t had an issue before with our hose size at various homes

I have a brand-new Haier 8.5kg 300 Series Front Load Washing Machine (Model: HWF85KW1) that was delivered today, but the delivery/install team couldn’t complete the installation because my existing laundry plumbing requires a few new fittings.
