Hire a professional washing machine repair service in VIC

I have a Samsung front-load washing machine (BubbleWash, 7.5 kg). (Model WW75j54E01W) The door is not locking and the machine is displaying an error code. See pics bellow I am looking for a qualified technician who can diagnose and repair the issue. Could you please advise the total cost, including parts (door lock/interlock) and labour?

During moving houses, one of the hoses to the washing machine got cut. It needs replacement. You need to get the hose, connect to the washing machine and make it into running condition.
