I’ve recently moved into a new house and haven’t noted 2 issues that need fixing with my laundry taps. 1) the cold water tap that the washing machine attaches to doesn’t work therefore I have my washing machine attached to the hot water which isn’t good for my clothes 2) there is a leak coming from either the tap or the pipes under laundry basin when the washing machine is on- can’t seem to work out where it’s coming from 3) shower head constantly leaks and needs to be looked at!

Our Simpson Eziset 605 washing machine has suddenly stopped receiving water from the cold water pipe. As far as we can tell the pipe isn't blocked and the wall valve is fine, but it won't receive cold water for some reason. Would like someone to look at it and identify the problem.
