i got a SOLT dishwasher which GGSDW6012S/W, V4.1 0122, it was flashing "glass" light which is an anti flood error code due to a water leak in the base that activates the flood switch. Can anyone come in and fix it? suspect the rubber need to be changed. thanks.

Tenants have reported that the existing range hood over stove at island bench is too low (at head height) and have requested it be raised. Not only does the vent hood interfere with line of sight, but when cooking, people bump their head on it! Range hood is currently in working order and hardwired and just needs modification. No electrical work required. You will first have to take off the Sheet-metal casing of the flue. This will expose the flue pipe and supports. Once all pipe and supports are visible you can determine with tenants how high they want you to raise the hood vent. You may have to have a custom pipe made after you reduce the length of the vent pipe. After pipe is installed you will have to customise the outer sheet-metal to match the new height and it may require someone with experience and available tools for sheet metal fab to alter the shroud length.
