Hi.. I just had my gas tank replaced and was told that I will need to replace the regulator.. Looking for a licensed plumber/gas fitter to do this for me either today or tomorrow…

My fridge is not cooling properly. The fridge section is sitting at 2 degrees and the freezer is sitting at 0 degrees nothing is staying cold and definitely not frozen. It is a Samsung double door with ice maker and water dispenser.

Plumber, I got a SOLT dishwasher which GGSDW6012S/W, V4.1 0122, it was flashing "glass" light which is an anti flood error code due to a water leak in the base that activates the flood switch. Can anyone come in and fix it? suspect the rubber need to be changed. thanks.

The coupling is leaking on the roof when the pool heater pump switches on.may be a o ring, could be loose or needing to be refitted

Remove the existing hills hoist and install new one. I have the hills hoist.

Watching machine not draining, tried to trouble shoot nothing is helping, don’t know if my drainage hose needs replacing or if it’s something else. Not l can’t remove my drainage hose myself because it’s connected inside the. Back cover of the machine and l can’t unscrew that , don’t have the tools.

Never had a dishwasher where it’s going. Cut out for pipes etc. needs a seperate isolation switch as atm the whole complex needs to be switched off to do any plumbing atm

Tenants have reported that the existing range hood over stove at island bench is too low (at head height) and have requested it be raised. Not only does the vent hood interfere with line of sight, but when cooking, people bump their head on it! Range hood is currently in working order and hardwired and just needs modification. No electrical work required. You will first have to take off the Sheet-metal casing of the flue. This will expose the flue pipe and supports. Once all pipe and supports are visible you can determine with tenants how high they want you to raise the hood vent. You may have to have a custom pipe made after you reduce the length of the vent pipe. After pipe is installed you will have to customise the outer sheet-metal to match the new height and it may require someone with experience and available tools for sheet metal fab to alter the shroud length.
