Mark did a great job of converting my new BBQ to natural gas, despite the vague instructions that came with the BBQ and conversion kit. He was careful and thorough and I will certainly ask him back for future plumbing work

Our Miele dishwasher is showing error code F13 and is not draining, or possibly problem with water inlet/water supply. After our last wash, there was pool of water at the base of the machine. I did a quick filter check but nothing seems obviously clogged.
