Looking for an experienced handyman to complete a few jobs at my apartment in South Perth: Scope of Work: - Remove existing fixed rangehood and install the new replacement rangehood (same size) - Drill/cut a new opening through the kitchen cupboard to allow the new rangehood power cable to pass through - If feasible, neatly cover or patch the old cable hole that will no longer be used - Install one wall hook/fixing point inside the apartment for hanging purposes (concrete) - Install one wall hook/fixing point on the balcony wall for hanging purposes (brick) Additional Information: - Previous experience installing rangehoods is preferred - Must be able to drill and cut neatly without damaging surrounding surfaces (see attached photo of the cupboard) - Particular care is required especially for the internal apartment wall to avoid cracking, chipping, or paint damage - Please provide your fixed-price quote for the complete job and earliest availability. I have a Bosch Series 8 (Model WAW28420AU) washing machine that’s getting stuck partway through the wash cycle. It keeps washing continuously but won’t drain or spin. I was wondering if resetting or reprogramming the machine might fix the issue, but I’m not sure.

Bosch series 8 machine the door rubber cap has a cut that is leaking water. Also the back pipe is leaking water, the pipe is fine,its the white cap that seems to be leaking.

install 20mm gas pipe from meter to.hotwater system 4m away then to kitchen cook top another 12m.Appliances are existing but there is a slow leak which couldn't be found. Gas isolated by Atco. Budget ?? Tell me your price, if it's reasonable all good. Cheers

I have a Baumatic GEH6018 slideout rangehood. The white front fascia panel drops down and won’t stay up. Both mounting points look corroded and damaged. One side appears to be missing parts entirely – possibly a plastic cap, grommet or screw. I’ve taken plenty of photos and can share them. I just need someone who knows what they’re looking at to identify exactly what’s missing, source the part if needed, and fix it. Property is selling 9 June so needs to be done before then. Located in Innaloo.
