The freezer has been turned off after a snapped/cut refrigerant line on the evaporator coil (see attached photo). The copper tubing is exposed, and I suspect the refrigerant gas has escaped. Looking for someone who can: - Inspect and confirm the fault. - Quote repair or replace the damaged evaporator tubing if possible. - Pressure test the system. - Vacuum and recharge with the correct refrigerant. - Confirm the freezer is operating correctly.
