Looking for some 1-1 cooking skills classes for my son. I have a homeschooled 11yo who is really into cooking. He cooks about 2/3 his own meals including a couple of Dinnerly/Hello Fresh things a week. I'm looking for an occassional tutor who could up his technical skills, things he can't learn so easily online .For example, he's keen to improve his knife skills, and I could see there would be some simple prep techniques chefs use that he might benefit from.
