Hello, the freezer section in my fridge is not working properly as in stops freezing and the stuff inside of it always melt. I tried changing the temperature but still no luck. It works perfectly fine for a while then suddenly stops which is quite inconvenient. I have been putting more stuff into it lately but even when I barely have anything in there it stops working.

Freezer is not as cold as it use to be. Needs inspection and potentially to fix if possible.

I am currently waiting for an electrician to confirm if power can be installed at the back of the shelves before proceeding with this job. I am unsure whether the existing shelving unit can be reused, or if new shelving should be built. The current space consists of 2 shelving units. The lower shelving unit is approx. 1465mm high and 945mm wide, and sits about 150mm above the floor, with a skirting board below. Above this is another shelf unit that is to remain. It has 2 open shelves and is level with the above counter cupboards on the right The changes needed are: - The skirting board has to be removed where the freezer will sit - The sides and back of the opening should go all the way to the floor. - The floor under the freezer should be floor boards – I don't know whether this is currently the case or if it is just concrete - There will be approx 300m width additional space to the side of the freezer where I would want open shelving - see diagram

I have an old commercial freezer in my restaurant, it was there when I bought it the old owner said it used to work but stopped working, I want it looked at and fixed as I want to keep it. I think they said something about the fuze maybe, but don’t take my word for it. You might need to come out have a look and find out what’s wrong with it then fix it, only willing to pay for it 1 time not paying to have it looked at as in a call out fee, and then fixed next time. Will pay extra if any parts needed.

Just bought a brand new Fisher and Paykel fridge freezer with a water dispenser. The water inlet has been connected as part of the renovations carried out. But, the water dispenser is not working . Need someone to move the fridge forward carefully (it is a tight fit), check the connection and get the water dispenser working - assuming that the water outlet is working. Also, adjust the level of the fridge so that it is level.
