Benchtop heat bubble need fixing

I have purchased 7 new smoke alarms which are all battery powered. These need to be screwed to the ceiling. I also need 3 old alarms removed. These are hard wired into the mains electricity so I cannot do this myself. I need the new alarms to cover the holes in the ceiling left after removing the old alarms.

I need someone to remove my cracked cooktop and install the replacement which I already have.

I need a new gas line installed from the existing kitchen gas pipe to an outdoor location, approximately 8 meters away. I will provide the gas bottle holder, which will be mounted on a steel pier. The ceiling will be cut for access as needed. The outdoor area is open with no obstructions. I can be on-site to assist if required- we are the main contractor..
