Looking for someone to fix a Bosch front-load washing machine (purchased in 2022). Water is not draining properly — likely a blockage.
Call him and confirm what scope.of work he will do before you agree for work, so no issue later on. I checked everything what he checked, so I feel like waste of my time and money. But I can't do anything now.

Washing machine keeps on blinking E28, doesnt spin, so clothes still so wet. But if i put a separate drain it works with no error. The filter knob is stuck too.

Our Bosch condenser dryer (WTW87565AU/05) has been making increasingly worse squeaking noises during operation but today it's started to sound like metal scraping. Possibly a problems with drum glides/bearings/belt.
Ricky identified and fixed a tricky fault in our Bosch heat pump dryer involving an obscure part (seized idle pulley). Much of the unit had to be disassembled. Ricky did a great job!

Our dishwasher is making a whirring sound, I think it’s the pump impeller removing water. We also had an E15 error but that went away. We’d like someone to take a look and service it.
Rick was excellent & very knowledgeable. Resolved our issue and gave us great advice on maintenance. We’ll definitely use Rick again in the future and would recommend.
