Must be experienced in washing machine repairs and have all tools and equiprment required. Washer/dryer is situated in a small laundry with limited space. On site parking available. Task to be completed sometime from Wednesday 21 January to Friday 23 January. Day and time is flexible over these three days.

Need help replacing the hose connecting the washing machine to the water outlet. It appears the Aquastop hose has been triggered and now prevents water flowing into the machine. The task involves; - Help move the heat pump dryer down from above the washing machine. - Confirm the Aquastop has been triggered. - Uninstall and Replace the Aquastop hose (Include cost of aquastop hose in your price). - Test washing machine cycle to ensure problem is resolved.

We’ve had the dishwasher about 10 years with no problems, but yesterday it showed an E15 error. I wasn’t able to drain anymore water so can’t clear the error. Also want to get the cause fixed

Is anyone out there a wizz with fixing washing machines?! We just moved house and had to reconnect our washing machine up and reconfigure the hose - it’s now no longer draining properly! My husband attempted to YouTube and follow the instructions to remove the valve at the bottom to drain the water but unfortunately it’s still not working! I’m desperate for this to be fixed today due to the volume of washing that is now piling up! I suspect anyone that’s had this happen before or is a machine tech wiz will know exactly what to do and it’ll probably take less than 10 mins!

Tried to remove filter and clean out area where pump lives, would rather repair than replace if possible.

We have a Bosch Serie 6 washing machine. It’s showing error 18. We cannot get the pump filter out. It’s stuck. Think we need someone to take the top and front of the machine off to access the filter pump and hopefully get the machine going again. Have tried pliers on the pump but it’s going to break if we force it.
