My dishwasher still operated like normal but the dishes came out dirty. I suspected a glass broke inside before and blocked the filter somehow. I cleaned the filter and ran some rinsing cycles but did not work.

Our dishwasher did not drain completely. We manually drained the water, cleaned the filters, and refitted everything — no obvious blockages were found. After resetting and running another cycle, the dishwasher seemed to work fine with no visible drainage issues. However, we later discovered that the carpet behind the dishwasher (in the living room) is soaked, suggesting there may be a hidden leak or drainage problem.

My Xiaomi Smart Standing Fan has a mechanical failure in the tilt/neck joint area where the fan head connects to the stand. The fan head can no longer hold itself up and slumps down (or "droops") under its own weight. The fan is currently unplugged. The fan still powers on and the blades spin when switched on, so the electrical function appears fine, but I am concerned about the safety of using it due to the potential for the mechanical failure to damage the internal wiring.
